Tracked Tasks: Asset
The Tracked Tasks sub-tab provides a history of all tracked tasks performed on the asset. Tasks designated to be tracked in the Procedure module are listed on this page. The data displayed is for viewing purposes only, it cannot be edited.
To view additional information on the work order associated with the task, you can right-click a row and select Open in New Window. Access the Work Order Tasks tab to view additional information regarding the given task.
The following fields are displayed in the Tracked Tasks List:

Task: Description of task performed.

Track Last Recorded: The date the task was last recorded.

WO # / Completed: Work Order ID and completion date.

Condition Rating: The reported condition attributed to the asset.

Readings (Final and Tool Used): Final readings recorded and the tool used to perform reading.

Initials: Initials of the individual who performed the task.

Task Failed: Indicator as to whether or not the task failed. If the task failed, a large red x appears in the column. If the task passed, a check mark appears.

Task Completed: Indicator as to whether or not the task was completed.
